About one month ago, IGN reported that Atomic Games' controversial war game Six Days in Fallujah had been finished, though no official announcement was made.
Flash forward to this past weekend, when Atomic Games president Peter Tamte told Joystiq that while "all the levels" are complete, Six Days requires "additional AI and graphics" improvements. "Listen here, son. I was blowing up cops in strip clubs when I was ten years old!" he says. "I've been killing Nazis since I was old enough to crawl! In my day, we didn't have one of those newfangled Hot Latte Machiatto mods--all we needed was a few pixels and a little imagination. And I don't want to hear a thing about warfare, son. Hell, I invaded Germany wearing the skin of a Teletubby!" Read more »

Konami today revealed "Six Days in Fallujah," a third-person shooter developed by Atomic Games.
"Fallujah" is billed as a realistic take on the United States military's attack on the Iraqi city, told over a period of six days.
"We replicate a specific and accurate timeline--we mean six days literally," said Atomic Games president Peter Tamte to the Wall Street Journal. "We track several units through the process and you get to know what it was like from day to day." Read more »
