Croteam is working on Serious Sam 4, and to build excitement for the sequel--as well as grab some needed development funds--it has partnered Humble Bundle to throw together all the games from the series into one package for purchase.
Croteam is earmarking all the funds it gets from the bundle for the new game, which will come out some time in 2014. Devolver Digital will be the publisher.

Serious Sam developer, Devolver Digital, has announced that a new downloadable morsel called 'Fusion DLC' for Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter is headed to Steam soon.
What exactly is getting fused? Downloading the Fusion DLC will graft all of the campaign and multiplayer levels from Serious Sam HD into Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter. That also means that multiplayer variants that were previously only available in 'The Second Encounter' (like Beast Hunt and My Burden) will now be playable using maps from the first game. Hot on the heels of their downloadable high-def remake of Serious Sam: The First Encounter, developer Croteam and publisher Digital Devolver announced back in November of last year that they also planned to give the HD-remake treatment to the first-person-shooter's sequel. Today, Digital Devolver has released some shiny new screens to tease Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, the obviously-titled sequel's remake.

It's been a bumpy ride for Sam "Serious" Stone, but the time-traveler's journey to Xbox 360 is at an end, with producer Devolver Digital and Microsoft confirming that Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter will hit Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday, January 13.
Croteam's high-definition revamp of the frantic shooter packs support for four-person online co-op on Xbox Live, with the download priced at 1200 MS Points/ $15. The PC version of Croteam's seriously chaotic FPS Serious Sam HD is now gold, according to an earlier tweet from publisher Devolver Digital.

Continuing in the whimsical glory of the Serious Sam HD "supermercial", developer Croteam and producer Devolver Digital have issued some eccentric video "testimonials" and new screenshots via the game's official site.
Unfortunately, we still don't have a solid release date for the high-def remake of Croteam's shooter. The downloadable Xbox 360 release, which supports four-player online co-op, will be $15 and is due in the vague "summer." The as-yet-unpriced PC edition will then deliver 16-person online co-op in the "fall." Read more »
