A sequel to Coffee Stain's spiffing FPS-tower defense Sanctum is in the works, publisher Reverb has coyly revealed. While the original was PC-exclusive, the cunningly-named Sanctum 2 will also be released for download on consoles, with Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network editions confirmed so far.

The Humble Indie Bundle popularized the 'pay what you want' model for indie games. Now, new site Indie Royale is running with it. Every two weeks, Indie Royale will launch a 'pay what you want' bundle of four indie games, but with a minimum price that rises and falls depending on how generous customers are.
The first bundle is available now, packing Gemini Rue, Sanctum, Nimbus, and A.R.E.S.: Extinction Agenda.

Sanctum will be getting a free bit of downloadable content next week, alongside a new demo for the game, developer Coffee Stain Studios announced today. The press release teases (super vague) "new content and updates, as well as a map" included in the DLC. Coffee Stain says it plans to release more content for months to come, though it didn't mention if all of it will be free like this pack. Read more »
