Rock Band Tips & Tricks

  • Guitar Overdrive Easily

    Instead of tilting your guitar neck up in the air you can press the back button on your guitar to go into Overdrive

  • Don't Lose Fans

    In Band World Tour, if your band fails a song you would normally lose fans. Simply just unplug one of your instruments, it must be a wired instrument ,and with a different instrument controller, and go to "Return To Main Menu". This will exit out of your career and dump you back to the Main Menu with ought making you lose fans!

  • Sing and Shred

    To sing and play the guitar at the same time you can attach your Xbox Live Communicator headset to an Xbox 360 controller. Using that you can sing into the mic while leaving your hands free to play the guitar.

  • Guitar solos

    Hammer Ons and Pull Offs are a great way to nail solos. If you see a note with a smaller note coming up after it, that indicates you can Hammer On.

Rock Band Cheat Codes

  • Unlock All Songs

    At the "Rock Band" title screen press Start button (it is at the bottom of the screen), then enter the following.
