Quantum of Solace Screenshots Get Explosives, Multiplayer

Treyarch's video game homage to James Bond's latest, Quantum of Solace, has acquired a collection of screenshots ahead of the game's release next week. For the first time, the game's multiplayer modes are shown in still life.

Quantum of Solace arrives on November 4 for PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, Wii, and Nintendo DS, and there's a brief PC demo now on FileShack.

Quantum of Solace Trailer Sells Out, Still Awesome

The new James Bond shooter, based on the upcoming flick Quantum of Solace, has gained a launch trailer. Filled with lots of claims of critical praise and a shameless plug for pre-ordering at a certain retailer, it would be easy to accuse James Bond of selling out.

Then you remember that it's the same James Bond that drives Aston Martin and Ford cars, wears an Omega watch, drinks Smirnoff vodka in his martinis, and uses Sony Ericsson phones, and you realize that it's all a part of the 007 experience. Read more »

Quantum of Solace PC Demo Released

Treyarch has released a new PC demo for its James Bond movie tie-in title Quantum of Solace. You can grab the 689mb demo here on FileShack.

Quantum of Solace Trailer Breaks These Walls

A new behind-the-scenes development video for James Bond: Quantum of Solace has arrived, bursting through walls with a Kool-Aid Man-like quality. The video covers matching scenes from 2006's Casino Royale and the upcoming Quantum of Solace movies with playable scenes in the Treyarch-developed, first-and-third-person action game.

Quantum of Solace Developers Talk COD4 Engine

A new development video from the James Bond: Quantum of Solace videogame is now available. The video features the people at Treyarch talking about use of the Call of Duty 4 engine to power this first/third person action game, of which several gameplay sequences are shown.

Quantum of Solace Game Features Movie Cast

Though it's been obvious that the upcoming Quantum of Solace video game features the likeness of current James Bond actor Daniel Craig, Activision today confirmed Craig will voice Bond in the game as well. Joining him will be Dame Judi Dench as M, French actor Mathieu Amalric as the villain Dominic Greene and Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko as Bond's squeeze Camille.

Featuring first and third person perspectives, Quantum of Solace will be released for PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS this November.

Quantum of Solace Screens Show Tuxedo Action

Publisher Activision has passed in three new screens from Treyarch's upcoming James Bond shooter Quantum of Solace, based on the upcoming film of same name.

Utilizing Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare engine, Quantum of Solace blends first-person shooting with a third-person camera when in cover or disarming opponents. The game is said to allow players the choice of tackling tasks covertly or with full force. Read more »

Bond, James Bond In Quantum of Solace Screenshots

Activision has released the first set of screenshots from Quantum of Solace, the James Bond game in development at Call of Duty 3 and 5 developer Treyarch.
