Another rambunctious round of Weekend Confirmed has arrived! Garnett and "Indie Jeff" Mattas are joined by G4's Nikole Zivalich, and co-host Jeff Cannata rolls in a bit late to help close out the show's second half. This week's hot topics this week include the shake up at Bioshock Infinite developer Irrational Games, some talk about the Elder Scrolls V expansion, Dawnguard, and Garnett professes his appreciation for the unique music maker, PixelJunk 4am. Q-Games' latest PixelJunk game isn't really a game per se. Instead, it's a music creation app that utilizes the PlayStation Move. "This is an instrument built from the ground-up to fully utilize the PlayStation Move hardware," Q-Games' Rowan Parker explained. "We've built a Virtual Canvas in space for you. Your PlayStation Move is then tracked through space using a vibrant palette of changing sphere colors. Imagine an intricate Audio Canvas floating in space that you can use to paint and craft music on."

Q-Games' odd PlayStation Move-enabled music creation app, PixelJunk lifelike, is changing its name to the much more mysterious (and oddly alluring) PixelJunk 4am.
The app is a collaboration with Baiyon, a Kyoto-based musical artist that previously worked on PixelJunk Eden. "PixelJunk 4am is something unique that has never been tried before, so we're treading in new territory," Baiyon said in a press release. "We're using the PlayStation Move in truly experimental ways to give people control of making their own style of music."
