ZEN Pinball developer ZEN Studios has revealed that a new table inspired by Team Ninja's slasher Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is coming to the downloadable PlayStation 3 pinball game.
The new ninja-tastic board "boasts a record five multiball game modes" and "a massive amount of killer action-packed missions," ZEN's Zsolt Kigyossy explained over on the PlayStation.Blog. Read more »

Tecmo Koei has announced that Team Ninja's hackfest Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 will arrive September 29 on North American PlayStation 3s, then in Europe on October 2.
A new trailer released in celebration shows off the online co-op mission mode, offering five minutes of bloody gameplay footage so raw you'll wonder if the level will ever load.

Not found in the original Xbox 360 NG2, Sigma 2's mission mode adds ten two-player stages in four difficulty settings, with online rankings and new characters Momiji from Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword, Ninja Gaiden's Rachel, and Ayane of Dead or Alive fame. Read more »

Not only does our first proper look at Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 introduce us to resident protagonist Ryu, but we also get a glimpse of Ayane and Momiji. Sure, both have appeared in previous Ninja Gaiden games, but in Sigma 2? They're playable.
The enhanced PlayStation 3 port of last year's Xbox 360 action game also packs a new online mode that allows players to partake in specializes challenges. Expect to see Sigma 2 this fall, courtesy publisher Tecmo and its internal Team Ninja studio. Read more »

Tecmo has announced that it will bring a version of its kinetic beat-em-up sequel Ninja Gaiden 2 (Xbox 360) to the PlayStation 3 this fall.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 will feature PlayStation Network support and new content, according to a Kotaku report gleaned from Famitsu.
In addition to poster ninja Ryu Hayabusa, Sigma 2 will also allow players to mash buttons as Dead or Alive's Ayane. Read more »
