Nexuiz hit Xbox Live Arcade as part of the Xbox Live House Party. Now it's set for PC, with new bells and whistles. Of note, the PC beta test starts today.
The 2012 Xbox Live Arcade House Party will kick off on February 15, Microsoft has announced. The four-game series of hand-picked Arcade gems was outed yesterday with the quiet release of a trailer.
The line-up includes Alan Wake's American Nightmare, I Am Alive, Nexuiz, and Warp -- though not necessarily in that order.
Alan Wake's American Nightmare will headline this year's Xbox Live Arcade House Party, a trailer seemingly released by mistake has revealed. The promotion will also bring Trapdoor's Warp, the CryEngine 3-powered Nexuiz, and Ubisoft's I Am Alive.

Today, THQ has announced it will publish the title as part of its 'Partners Program' in early 2012. Originally developed by Alien Trap Software for PC, the reimagined version is being helmed by the Denver-based developer, IllFonic.

Nexuiz, originally released on the PC, Mac, and Linux in 2005 using a heavily modified Quake engine, is in development for release on PSN and Xbox Live Arcade. The console versions of the FPS will use Crytek's CryENGINE 3 and will become the first PSN and XBLA release to utilize the new engine.
