Mega-publisher Electronic Arts has issued a breakdown of the games it will display next week at E3 2010, offering new release dates and windows for a few titles in the process.
RISK: Factions, the downloadable Xbox 360-exclusive revamp of the classic board game, will arrive on June 23, 2010.
Meanwhile, EA SPORTS NBA JAM--a Wii exclusive--will hit in October alongside the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 editions of the recently renamed NBA ELITE 11. Read more »

As mega-publisher Electronic Arts begins to detail its annual earnings, the company has also issued a revised schedule detailing its "key titles" through March 2011.
For the most part, the list is similar to the one the company issued in February 2010, though a couple games have been shifted around and / or properly announced.
Perhaps the most noteworthy detail contained within is the listing for Dead Space 2 PC, which was at one time certain but then relegated to being under consideration. Read more »

Sporting video game giant Electronic Arts today announced that, as rumored, it has acquired the rights to produce a new entry in the classic arcade series NBA Jam.
Coming to the Wii in 2010, "EA SPORTS NBA JAM" is being developed by EA Canada (NBA Live, NBA Street), with the company boasting that the revival packs "the sights and sounds that fans of the franchise will instantly recognize" and adds "true-to-life body types, updated physics, and visible player emotion to the over-the-top experience." With EA Sports set to announce a mysterious "new game" sometime this month, the rumors continue to fly, with the latest pointing not to football, but basketball.
Citing "sources confirmed," ESPN reports that EA Sports has acquired the rights to the NBA Jam series and is readying a new Wii-exclusive entry. The long-lost over-the-top balling franchise, which emerged out of Midway in 1993, has laid dormant since 2003, when Acclaim produced a PlayStation 2 and Xbox entry simply titled "NBA Jam."
