To win against the best riders in 1on1 mode try to crash into them in the first bend. When they slow down you should continue accelerating. then both of you will fall on the grass. It is harder for AI to come back to race. if you manage to get up and continue race immediately you will have an advantage of approxiamtely 5 secs.

Enter the following at the main menu.

Space Invaders mini-game

Upon enabling the MASTER CODE pick the Sheridan (training) track. Near the very sharp S turn is a path leading down into the basement of the large building (to your left). Once in the basement, you will find a brown arcade game. Hit it to play it. You can play the mini-game as many times as desired.
Xbox Live! - Easy unlockables

Have a person which is already in possession of the unlockables go into the lobby and send you an invite. Then, have them turn on the unlockables that you want. Exit the lobby and go to create a session. Save the game and you will have those particular unlockables.
Xbox Live! Credit shooter mini-game

See the credits and at the end, you can play a Space Invader style game. The scores you obtain are listed under your GamerTag on the Xbox Live! account.
