EA sends along an updated version of it's Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault mod kit. Version 1.1 supports collaborative development, has improved lightmapping and includes MilkShape plugins.

EA sends along a second Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault multiplayer demo, which now includes two maps. The Gifu map is the same one found in the first demo, but the second map, Corregidor, is one you won't even find in the retail version of the game. The demo also includes some performance improvements.

EA has released a second Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault demo, this time allowing you to sample the game's multiplayer features. The 324mb download includes the Guadalcanal jungle level, four player classes, six weapons and three game modes.

Three new Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault movies have been released. One movie shows off the game's Pearl Harbor level, the second shows more multiplayer footage while the third highlights the features of the Director's Edition DVD release.

This press release on the Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault websites announces that EA's latest WW2 action game will be shipping earlier than planned. According to this 1UP story, Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault has suffered another delay. Originally scheduled for an early 2004 release, then November, the game now won't be out until early 2005. Update: Looks like 1UP was wrong, with JCal at HomeLAN Fed informing us that yesterday's EA conference call mentioned no such delay, instead EA said a new console game was coming out next year.
