Just like you imagined while building with LEGO bricks as a kid, LEGO Indiana Jones 2's level creation is driven by a UFO and a motley cast of characters. Though the building at first seems restricted to a small den-sized area, notice the wall-pusher in the early seconds of the below trailer.

Coming to PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS and PSP, Traveller's Tales sequel is set to deliver a reworked version of the first LEGO Indiana Jones with an all-new chapter based on Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and a co-op level editor for some. Read more »

The sequel to LEGO Indiana Jones will be the first in the LEGO series to allow for level creation, and now a new report indicates that up to two players can craft block-based stages simultaneously.
Level creation will be enabled on the Wii, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and presumably the PC, though the levels will not be shareable on any platform, according to Joystiq. Read more »

A hodgepodge of LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues screenshots show off its level editor, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull cinematics, and a dash of gameplay.
In addition to recreating The Crystal Skull in block form, LEGO Indiana Jones 2 will also rework the first game's plastic incarnation of the original trilogy, adding new objectives and several new stages, as well as extra vehicles and animations for Indy. Read more »

Following the accidential revelation of both LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Indiana Jones 2 earlier this year, developer Traveller's Tales and publisher LucasArts today confirmed that LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues is due out this fall.
Coming to PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS and PSP, LEGO Indy 2 is said to offer "a tongue-in-cheek take on all four cinematic adventures of pop culture's most iconic archaeologist," including a LEGO-ized rendition of last summer's fridge-nuking theatrical blockbuster Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. An animator over at LEGO Star Wars and LEGO Batman developer Traveller's Tales has confirmed that the studio is working on both LEGO Harry Potter and sequel to LEGO Indiana Jones, though she was quick to point out that they're not officially announced.
"Am currently working as a Cutscene Animator on LEGO Harry Potter & LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull which are both in the early stages of production," Carlotte Parker noted in her online Curriculum Vitae. Read more »
