Kick-Ass developer Frozen Codebase brings us more cutesy ultra-violence from its video game adaptation of the movie adaptation of Mark Millar's comic book along with word of a delay.
Originally due on April 15--the day before the movie hits North America--Kick-Ass the game's downloadable PlayStation Network, iPhone and iPad release is now slated for April 29. The PS3 edition will cost $14.99. Read more »

If you've yet to get your fill of tiny little girls using big grown-up profanity, then get ready, as developer Frozen Codebase and publisher WHA Entertainment have a trailer for you.
Yes, after showering us with screenshots and gameplay details, the duo have now unleashed footage from the downloadable rendition of Kick-Ass. The action-RPG hits PlayStation 3 and iPhone on April 15--the day before the comic-inspired movie hits theaters--with the PlayStation 3 iteration less than $20.

Inspired by both the existing comic and the upcoming movie of the same name, Kick-Ass--the latest downloadable effort from Wisconsin-based Metalocalypse: Dethgame and Zombie Wranglers developer Frozen Codebase--is saddling an odd line.
On top of paying homage to both sources--"we go towards the movie story, but a lot of the artwork goes toward the comic book," studio president Ben Geisler tells us--the game, an action-RPG, is being made under a "pretty darn expedited" schedule, one that only started in September. Read more »

WHA Entertainment have announced a new downloadable game based on the film "Kick-Ass" for release on the PlayStation 3 through the PlayStation Network and iPhone through the App Store on April 15, 2010.
The film, which stars Aaron Johnson as "Kick-Ass", Nicolas Cage as "Big Daddy", Chloe Moretz as "Hit-Girl", and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (McLovin' from Superbad) as "Red Mist", will hit theaters on April 16, 2010. The game boasts the following feautres: Read more »
