Katamari Forever, the first PlayStation 3 entry in the eccentric sticky ball-rolling franchise Katamari Damacy, is now complete, has entered manufacturing, and will ship to North American retailers September 22, publisher Namco Bandai said today.
This time, the King of All Cosmos has lost his memory due to an "unfortunately accident" that also knocked all the stars out of the sky, once again leaving it up to you, the Prince of All Cosmos, to roll around that ever-enlarging ball and recreate the night sky. Read more »

"This video makes me hungry," says the rooster. "Let's get some ice cream," responds the monkey. "I'm so there," the rooster adds before noting his desire to swim. "But you can fly high," protests the monkey, before it is reminded that roosters can't fly very far.
And somehow, this all ties into Namco's Katamari Forever, due on PlayStation 3 this fall.

Namco Bandai's eclectic ball-roller Katamari Damacy is at long last coming to the PlayStation 3, and while series creator Keita Takahashi isn't substantially involved in the franchise any more, the first trailer still provides a healthy dose of untainted happiness.
Sporting all sorts of crazy visual options, Katamari Damacy Tribute hits Japan later this year. No North American release has been announced, but you know it's coming. Read more »
