Ticket to Ride, Happy Tree Friends Arrive on XBLA This Wednesday

This week's roundup of titles on the Xbox 360's Xbox Live Arcade downloadable gaming platform includes Next Level Games' Ticket to Ride and Stainless Games' Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm, Microsoft announced today.

A digital version of the award-winning tabletop board game, Ticket to Ride tasks players with building a railroad network across the countryside. The game supports multiplayer for up to four users on a single console, and up to five players via Xbox Live. Read more »

Happy Tree Friends Slaughters XBLA, PC Next Week

Publisher Sega announced today that Stainless Games' Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm will hit PCs next Monday and the Xbox 360's Xbox Live Marketplace next Wednesday.

Based on Mondo Media's cute yet disturbingly violent animated series Happy Tree Friends, False Alarm slipped from its originally scheduled April release for unspecified reasons. Read more »

Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm Coming April 21

Sega of America announced today that Stainless Games' Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm will hit PCs and Xbox Live Arcade on April 21, and released some new screenshots of the upcoming action-platformer.

Based on Mondo Media's disturbingly cute and exceedingly violent animated series Happy Tree Friends, False Alarm tasks players to use items such as concrete, ice, gasoline and nitroglycerin to modify the surrounding environment in hopes of preventing an untimely demise. Read more »
