  • Avoid paying tolls ((The Ballad of Gay Tony)

    When approaching a toll booth, if there is a car in front of ready to pay, nudge the back of it to make it smash the barrier. You can then go past the toll booth without paying and attaining a wanted level.

  • Get any vehicle from any mission (The Ballad of Gay Tony)

    During transport missions, there will be some cars, boats, or planes that can only be used in that mission. Just kill the person that is with you in the vehicle and it will be yours to keep.

  • Easter Egg: Niko and Johnny references (The Ballad of Gay Tony)

    At the start of the game, as Luis is shown walking down the streets of Liberty City, you will see Niko in a vehicle after the heist. You will also see Johnny ride off on his motorcycle.

  • Fly longer with parachute (The Ballad of Gay Tony)

    Jump off a tall building, deploy the parachute, then click and hold the Left Analog-stick while rapidly tapping LT + RT.

  • Re-enter clubhouse (The Lost And Damned)

    Use the fire escape at the back of the clubhouse to get on the roof. Move near the front of the clubhouse near to the television antenna. When the prompt to "Press Left Trigger to watch TV" appears, press LT. Press LT again to stop and you will be back inside the clubhouse. Note: You cannot exit.

  • Remove ammunition limit (The Lost And Damned)

    Get a 100% game completion.

  • Extra Parking (The Lost And Damned)

    The yellow parking spaces in front of safe houses you've acquired in the main story will carry over into the Lost and Damned content. Use these to save and repair vehicles.

  • Wayne's World reference (The Lost And Damned)

    Enter a Rhapsody. Zoom into the dashboard with a sniper rifle to see a picture of Wayne and Garth from Wayne's World.

  • Free Taxi Rides

    Here's a great way to get a free taxi fare. Hail a taxi and get inside, and head to your destination. Right before you get to your destination, bust out the back window and point your gun out of the window (using the corresponding controls). Doing so will freak the taxi driver out. He'll stop the car and run away, leaving you near your destination without forcing you to pay for the ride.

  • Long-Lasting Fire Truck

    Fire trucks are awesome vehicles to use to cause complete and utter destruction in Liberty City. But, even these vehicles are susceptible to damage. Oddly, if the fire truck catches on fire and is about to explode, you can actually utilize the fire truck's very own water source to put its own fire out.

  • Easy Money

    Head to an ATM anywhere in the city, and cause a traffic jam in the area. Wait for someone to approach the ATM and take money out of it, and then eliminate that person. The traffic jam should ensure that no ambulance can reach the injured person, so if you run a short distance away and return, you can grab the money that dead person dropped over and over again.

  • Access Used Cheats Easily

    Almost always, when you enter a cheat into your cell phone, you can access it automatically from the phone's main menu ("Cheats"), so you don't have to enter these obscure phone numbers more than once.

  • Losing the Cops

    No matter the extent of your wanted level, if you can make it back to one of your safe houses and go to your bed to save, the cops will be automatically called off. You dont even have to actually save you can just access the save menu and then cancel out. As long as you reach this menu, then you wont have to worry about the cops chasing you once you go back outside.

  • Extra Parking (Lost and the Damned)

    The yellow parking spaces in front of safe houses you've acquired in the main story will carry over into the Lost and Damned content. Use these to save and repair vehicles.

  • Easy Health and Armor Boost in The Ballad of Gay Tony

    Once you have unlocked base jump challenges in TBoGT you can start a base jump challenge to refill your health! Go back and do it again and you'll have full armor.

    During your adventure through Liberty City, you may find phone numbers written in inconspicuous places, such as on the side of a building or in the subway. If you dial these numbers, you'll usually get someone on the other end who you can subsequently prank.

  • Easter Egg: Fire Truck Madness

    If you steal a fire truck, press the fire button while driving around. This will allow you to shoot the super-powerful water cannon at anyone around you.

Prior to the first proper mission where you steal the bikes with a truck, steal a car and drive to the meet-up, leaving the Hexer in the parking bay outside the safehouse. When you arrive at the meet-up with the other gang member, the car will vanish and will be replaced by a second Hexer. Do the mission, pick the bike back up again, and park it next to the original outside the safehouse. You now have double Hexers.
