A new patch is available for Frontlines: Fuel of War, updating this first person shooter from Kaos Studios to version 1.1.1. Changes and fixes include
- Players will no longer be kicked by PunkBuster for using the comma "," or forward slash "/" character in their names in multiplayer matches. Read more »

PC gamers can finally check out Frontlines: Fuel of War, released back in February, as a beta multiplayer demo is now available. The 1.81GB download includes two maps, Oilfield and GNAW. A non-beta demo is expected later this month.

A new downloadable map for the Xbox 360 edition of Kaos Studios' shooter Frontlines: Fuel of War is available for free download from the Xbox Live Marketplace, containing one new multiplayer map and several new instruments of destruction.
Dubbed "Boneyard", the new map brings the war to the Shilnaya Balka missile silos, populated with a new automatic shotgun, rocket jeep and Red Star transport helicopter. Read more »

THQ has released a new Frontlines: Fuel of War patch, updating the PC version of Kaos Studios' shooter to version 1.1.0. The patch offers PunkBuster anti-cheat support, spawn camping prevention, a new server browser, gameplay fixes and much more.

Over at FileShack you can now grab the first Frontlines: Fuel of War, updating Kaos Studios' newly released first person shooter to version 1.0.1. The 72mb update addresses several minor bugs, but does not fix known SecuROM and Vista issues.

A new Frontlines: Fuel of War (PC, X360) demo can now be downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace, offering a second look at the upcoming sci-fi military shooter from Kaos Studios. Following December's single-player demo, this 1.11gb download offers multiplayer content.

Contrary to recent internet speculation, the PS3 version of Kaos Studio's Frontlines: Fuel of War has not been cancelled, but rather delayed.
Speaking to Firing Squad, a representative of Frontlines publisher THQ dismissed rumors of the PS3 version's cancellation and assured that Kaos Studios was still hard at work to meet their promised February release window for the PC and Xbox 360 versions. Read more »

As promised by Kaos Studios' Frank DeLise, a demo for the developer's shooter Frontlines: Fuel of War (PC, PS3, X360) has arrived on Xbox Live Marketplace. The 1.69GB demo gives a sampling of the title's single player campaign.
The full version of the Battlefield-esque game will support 64-player multiplayer for PC gamers and 32-player multiplayer for the consoles. Frontlines is the first standalone project from Kaos, formerly known as Trauma Studios, the creators of the Desert Combat mod for DICE's Battlefield 1942 (PC). Read more »
