Football Manager 2011 PC and Mac Demo Released

Managing a football team (or a soccer team, for that matter) is a cinch, every footy fan knows and will furiously yell at the television when their favourite team is losing. Now you can put your money where your mouth is in a demo for Football Manager 2011.

The demo is available in 'vanilla' and 'strawberry' flavours, with the former containing fewer languages and football leagues to save on download space. The 1.1GB-ish strawberry demo is available from FileShack in Windows and Mac editions, letting you manage teams from a dozen leagues around the world. Read more »

Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures Public Beta Online, Accepting Entries

If you find that your current crop of free-to-play MMOs is missing a distinctive Star Wars flair, we have good news. The previously announced massively multiplayer online title Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures has kicked off a public beta and is accepting entries right now.

Based in the Clone Wars universe (go figure), Adventures is a free-to-play MMO developed by Sony Online Entertainment; however, players can choose to pay $5.99 per month in order to gain access to a variety of unnamed bonuses. The final version of the game will launch on September 15 alongside a 90-day pass at retail, which includes "500 Station Cash, the ability to unlock the Togruta playable character, a Yoda monitor topper, and more." Free-To-Play Star Wars: Clone Wars MMO Announced

Sony Online Entertainment has announced that it is developing and publishing a free-to-play MMORPG based upon the Star Wars: Clone Wars cartoon that airs on Cartoon Network in the United States. Monthly memberships will also be available along with requisite bonuses.
