If you've picked up the expandalone Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen or are still bashing away at the original Dragon's Dogma, whoa there, Nelly! Hold up a second! A recent patch has introduced a save data corruption bug to both games, Capcom warns, so you'll want to back up your saves somewhere safe until it's fixed. I'd advise simply stopping playing for now to be safe and avoid the hassle, but what do I know?

Funny places, dungeons. With bags of magic and ancient artifacts strewn around the place, strange things can happen to whatever's living there. The finest product of this peculiar evolutionary environment is monsters which lurk in wooden chests, just waiting for greedy adventurers to stroll past, and a new trailer shows you'll find those in Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. Yes, yes, giants and sirens and leeches and big skellingtons and whatnot too, but chest monsters.

Capcom casually announced a Dragon's Dogma expansion named Dark Arisen back in September, but didn't have much to say about it. Now it's piped up to reveal Dark Arisen is an expanded version of the original game, packing a "huge" new area with gobs of new enemies, along with new skills, items, and more.
