According to a press release on Gamespy Daily, Mythic is doing nicely with their MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot. Since its launch in October over 200,000 copies have sold to customers. According to Mythic this places the game behind Ultima Online and Everquest, but in front of others like Asheron's Call.

The Camelot Herald has the release notes for the newest Dark Age of Camelot patch which went live this morning. Version 1.42 fixes quite a things and adds new class abilities as well so hop on your nearest server to auto-upgrade. Thanks VE.

The Camelot Herald has been updated with some news about new features that will be added to Mythic's MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot this week. Things like wall climbing for mid to high level assassins, basic shapeshifting, flaming weapons, quest fixes and several other things. Thanks VE.

Voodoo Extreme has a Dark Age of Camelot interview, asking Sanya Thomas all about Mythic's successful MMORPG. There are questions about what they still need to fix/work on, if game balancing is a constant process, the amount of paying subscribers, if new features will be added to the DAOC world, and a bunch of other things.

The RPGVault posted a full review of Mythic's MMORPG - DAoC (Dark Age of Camelot). The overall score: 9.0, which means they like it very very much. According to the review "This game is something that the MMORPG market needed, and it is also one that I will be playing for a long, long time to come.".
