A demo for Techland's Wild West FPS Call of Juarez hit the Xbox 360's download service earlier today. The game was released last year on PC, but just recently hit the 360 in June. Call of Juarez follows the gun-toting characters of Billy "Candle" and Reverend Ray--the latter wielding a gun in one hand, and an enemy-stunning Bible in the other. While certainly original in some respects, the game received mixed reviews. However, if you're tired of replaying LucasArts' Outlaws, your pickings are slim. Mosey on over to Xbox Live and give it a try.

Techland has announced that it will be releasing a multiplayer map pack for its Wild West shooter Call of Juarez (currently out in Europe) soon. The map pack will feature 8 maps of varying sizes, and for various game modes. People who want to help beta test can go here for more info.

A second Call of Juarez demo is now available, this time allowing you to try out the game's multiplayer mode. The 378mb download includes one skirmish map and one Robbery mode map, with two of the four player classes available. Thanks 3D Gamers.

Ubisoft sends along an English language demo for Call of Juarez for those of you interested in checking out this Wild West shooter. The demo includes two singleplayer missions. Ubisoft also announced that the game will be coming to an unspecified next generation console, and because the company wants to launch the console and PC versions simultaneously in North America, the game is now delayed until 2007. The rest of the world will still see the game this year.

Ascaron just can't stop releasing Call of Juarez screenshots. We have six more. Techland's shooter is currently scheduled for a September release.
Update: if you're up for some guesswork, a German language demo of the game is now available. Comes with two singleplayer missions. Thanks Blues News.
