Halo: Reach delivered digitally through Games on Demand will be $49.99 for one week only, starting today, no doubt to promote the launch of the Defiant Map Pack. Following the accidental release of the incomplete patch earlier in the month, Ubisoft today officially released the v1.1 update for Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood PC.
Now available on FileShack, the 58MB patch delivers several tweaks to Techland's wild west shooter, including bug fixes, multiplayer class changes, and mod support. Those looking to craft custom content will need to snag Techland's mod tools. Read more »

Techland has released a single-player demo for its western shooter sequel Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood.
The trial offers 15 minutes of playtime on the Prison Break level. Giddyup on over to FileShack and download the 1.1GB demo now.

Custer's last stand and the confederate tunnel escape from Elmira Prison camp are among the historical events dramatised in Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood's new 'Wild West' map pack for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, announced today by publisher Ubisoft.
Arriving for Technland's wild west shooter on August 6, the pack's four maps will be playable in all multiplayer modes in addition to the scenarios designed for its legendary gunfights mode. Ubisoft's announcement mentioned neither price nor PC release.

Publisher Ubisoft today revealed new details on Techland's Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood and provided the first in-engine look at the upcoming shooter prequel.
Due out this summer, the prequel to 2007's Call of Juarez will let players choose between Ray or Thomas in single-player, each with their own distinct characteristics. For example, one focuses on long-range combat, the other in close-range fighting. Read more »
