The entire package reeks of a lack of care and oversight and feels like a slapdash cash-in on the franchise's name. Everything from controls to campaign design and multiplayer lacks the coherent vision and level of quality Infinity Ward and Treyarch have cemented on their PC and console releases over the past decade.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified detailed

Sony made a case for the Vita today at its Gamescom press briefing, and one major pillar was more detail about an entry in one of the biggest franchises around: Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified. The company detailed more of the game's campaign and multiplayer offerings, including how the game will take advantage of the Vita's unique hardware features.

Today at Sony's E3 press briefing, the company finally announced a title of its own dedicated Call of Duty game. The game is coming soon too, and tying into this season's release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The Vita spin-off is titled Black Ops Declassified.
