Fight fans, rejoice! Arc System Works' BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 will be released for Nintendo 3DS and PSP on May 31, publisher Aksys Games has announced.

Continuum Shift 2 is an "enhanced" port of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, which was released last year for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. As well as all the characters and single-player modes from the original, it boasts ad-hoc multiplayer with spectators, new modes, the three characters released as downloadable content, and tweaks to the fighting mechanics and balance. Zelda 3DS set for June 19, Wii Play: Motion announced

Nintendo finally unveiled various release dates this morning, the most notable of which is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D on June 19. The game includes a graphical overhaul, some tweaks to certain dungeons, and the Master Quest.

A few other first-party announcements include Wii Play: Motion, a new mini-game collection to be packaged with a black Wii remote set to launch on June 13. Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust for the Wii was also bundled in the announcement, with a release set for June 27. Read more »

While BlazBlue: Continuum Shift is already available for the Xbox 360 and PS3 at home, its arcade revision--creatively titled BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II--is looking like a PSP exclusive, reports Andriasang citing Japanese magazine Dengeki.

This makes sense, since Continuum Shift II is just the original BB:CS with the console DLC added and a bunch of re-balancing, which can be handled through patches on consoles. The PSP only has the series' first title, Calamity Trigger (review), currently. Read more »
