As well as being collected and 3D-itised for Nintendo 3DS in Bit.Trip Saga, Gaijin's whole retro-styled rhythm game series Bit.Trip bit is coming to retail shelves for Wii with new content in Bit.Trip Complete.
Along with the six Bit.Trip games released on WiiWare--Beat, Core, Void, Runner, Fate, and Flux--the Bit.Trip Complete collection will add new content and include bonus goodies. All six are getting new difficulty modes, online leaderboards, and challenges--120 in total. Read more »

Nintendo's 2009 WiiWare demo test program was evidently successful as the company announced today that demos of select downloadable titles will again begin to be offered from next Monday, some nine months after the trial period ended.
The initial lineup will include BIT.TRIP FATE, And Yet It Moves and Jett Rocket. New titles will be added on Mondays, which is when the WiiWare and DSiWare stores are updated. Read more »

Although the team at Gaijin Games have proven themselves to be game development mavens, today we learned that they aren't great gamblers.
In a post on the Gaijin Games website, it was revealed that the fifth game in the six-title Bit.Trip series will launch on October 25, for Nintendo's WiiWare platform. Read more »

The penultimate game (the fifth of six planned) in the popular Bit.Trip series--this time it's a side-scrolling shooter--may launch sooner than you think.
Speaking with Nintendo Life [via Joystiq], Gaijin Games' Alex Neuse revealed a probable release window for Bit.Trip Fate. It could be available on Nintendo's WiiWare platform in less than two weeks. "We don't have the final release date for Bit. Trip Fate just yet," Neuse explained, "but if I were a betting man, I'd put my potato chips on Oct. 18 for a North American release. Or thereabouts." Gaijin Games has revealed BIT.TRIP FATE, the penultimate chapter of its six-part WiiWare rhythm game series started by BIT.TRIP BEAT.
