Given the mad success of the Batman: Arkham games, it's unsurprising that Warner Bros is keen to work on another entry in the money-making franchise. The media conglomerate recently registered a number of key domains, suggesting that an Arkham something is in the works.

It's not every day that a game can see a revision that trumps the "Game of the Year Edition." But Arkham City manages to do exactly that with the Wii U-exclusive "Armored Edition." Not only does it include all the content featured in the definitive GOTY collection, it adds a few new features that take advantage of the Wii U GamePad. These additions do a terrific job of making you feel that much more like the Batman--although the port's technical shortcomings hinder the experience quite a bit.
The Wii U's distinguishing feature is its tablet controller, promising at least a few new bells and whistles for older titles that are re-released on the platform. For Batman: Arkham City: Armored Edition, that means quick access, and touch and motion controls added to the Bat's vast array of high-tech gadgets.
