  Water dying black roses with the golden watering can, and they will return as golden roses the next day.

• Magic Rock

  Hit all the rocks in town with either a shovel or an axe until you find one that releases a money bag when you do. Continue to hit it as many times as you can until it finally stops releasing bags of money. With every hit you do, the rock will release more gold. This can be done once a day.

• Forest Life

  This song is the full version of the gamecube AC. If you don't have the game, but you do have AC for the Gamecube, and are just surfing the site, Then to hear "Forest Life" on the Gamecube, just turn the game on and open the disc cover as soon as you see the train monkey.

• Cause all the mail to be sent

  Normally, the mail will only come at 9am and 5pm daily. However, there is a way to make the mail come whenever you want. When you order an item from the catalog, or when you or one of your villagers sends a letter, it becomes "pending to be sent" at the post office. However, the post office can only hold ten letters as "pending" at a time. If more than ten letter are sent, all the mail will come. So, in order to cause the mail to come whenever you want, simply send letters to one of your villagers or another character in your house until there are more than ten total letters waiting to be sent. This is a great way to get items from the catalog whenever you want.

• Turnips that never spoil.

  First get a table and place it in your house. Now take any item preferred item is fishing pole or shovel and set it down in front of the table, now stand directly on that item and try to place your turnips on the ground. Instead of the turnips falling on the ground they go onto the table. This prevents any spoiling as opposed to setting them on the ground.

• Find out tomorrows weather

  If you have a TV, make sure you pay attention when the weather show is on. It'll tell you, in pictures, how the weather will be the next day. It'll either show a picture with the sun for a clear day, or clouds with snowflakes for snow, or rain etc. This is important if you want to catch a Coelacanth.

• First Roof Color

  Your first house's roof color can be customized, believe it or not. Simply change your DS's menu color from the DS setup screen and your house will have that same roof color. NOTE: this only works with the color you have set when you first move into a house.

  While the bug contest is going on, talk to tortimer and and he will give you a free bug net. This only works if you don't have a bug net on you already.

• Free Fishing Rod from Tortimer

  If you go up and talk to Tortimer at the Fishing Tourney and you don't have a fishing rod with you, he should give you his. It's just a normal fishing rod, but hey, it's free.

  Talk to Tortimer during the Flower Fest for a free pack of flowers!

• Getting furniture from your neighbors houses

  If an animal in your town has furniture in his or her house that you want, send them seashells, unwanted furniture, or fossils to them in the mail. They'll usually put these gifts in their house, displacing whatever was there before. Check the recycle bin at your Town Hall and the item you wanted from their house may be in there.

• Hold 10 extra items

  This is a really easy trick. Just buy 10 letters, leave them blank, than pull an item onto it so that it becomes a present. Tada, 10 extra slots.

• Get a Tan

  To change your skin tone, stay outside during summer, when it's most warm. After a few minutes of spending time outdoors, find any building to enter. You will notice your skin will have what only this season can give you. After a week or so, the tan will disappear unless you have been outside lately. Unlike the Gamecube version, this tan can range from being to very light to being seriously dark

• Become friends with Sable

  Whenever you enter the Able Sisters store and try to talk to Sable (the hedgehog sitting behind the sewing machine in the back left corner), she usually just ignores you, or tries to tell you talk to her sister because she's busy. To develop a "friendship" with Sable, you must talk to her at least once every day for a number of days. Eventually, she will start having conversations with you, and even thank you for stopping by.

• Easy Money

  Use your shovel to hit rocks until money comes out. You can get up to 200000 bells this way.

• Fireworks Show Items

  These items can only be obtained during the Fireworks Show. The Fireworks Show takes place every Saturday in Augest, from 7-12PM. Speak to Tortimer during that time to obtain these items.

• How to get the scallop

  The scallop is used to get the golden axe from Pascal. Pascal walks around by the beach at a random time, once a week. First, you need to buy a red turnip from Joan. Next, give it to Wendel the next time he comes to town. Wendel should give you the Turban or Country Guitar. If you get the Turban, take it to Sahara when she comes to town. Sahara should give you either the Massage Chair or Red Vase. If you get the Massage Chair, let Tortimer have it the next holiday and he should give you the scallop. Then just wait for Pascal to sho wup and give him the scallop. And if you got the Red Vase, give it to Crazy Redd in exchange for the Safe. Give the safe to Tom Nook for the Tom Nook Pic. But if you got the Country Guitar, give it to K.K. Slider to get K.K.'s Pic

• Receive Birthday Cake Item

  Log into your town on your birthday and get a Birthday Cake item from one of your neighbors.

• 4-Leaf Clover

  If you town becomes covered in weeds there will also be clvoer patches. If you are lucky, you will pull up a four leaf clover. This is pretty rare however, most patches you dig up will not contain the clover. The clover can then be used as an accessory in you character's hair, or if you place it in your house it will act as a bookmark in a book.

• Become friends with Brewster

  Once a day you can buy coffee at the cafe'. At first he just gives you coffe and says "Thanks...". But If you buy some from him coffee every day he will start asking you questions, treating you like a friend, asking you if he can put special ingrediants in your coffee, and thanking you for coming by.

• How to change the background of your inventory.

  1) Grab a shirt or pattern. 2) Drag it to the lower left corner. 3) It'll be over an invisible space, drop it.

• Instantly Cure Sick Villagers

  When one of your villagers is sick, you'll have to give him/her some Medicine every day for about a week to cure him/her, but an easier way to cure him/her is to get on WiFi or multiplayer, then the villager will be immediately cured when someone visits your town.

• Become Friends with Crazy Redd

  Become a member of his store by paying him 3.000 bells and keep buying his paintings then he`ll stop giving out fakes.

• Don't have to give cash to Lyle

  Keep on talking to Lyle when he comes and keep paying him. He'll send you money if you're stung by bees and you don't have to pay him. If you want, carry on paying him after that to get paid when you buy a fake painting from Redd.

• Nook in Pajamas

  Go to Nookingtons at 12pm and hit the back with a golden shovel and see Nook in his pajamas and teddy bear.

• Money Tree

  Bury some coins, and keep watering the money. It will grow (or you could time travel) If you shake the tree every day you get bells every time. (Once per day)

• Shaking Trees

  Go around all of you 'village' shaking trees. Sometimes money falls out (100 bells), and sometimes furniture falls out. But be careful, because sometimes a beehive will fall out!

• Quick Save

  Instead of having to go all the way back to your house to save your game, just press the START button on your DS and a passage will come up saying "Would you like to save your game?"

• Free Items

  If you walk around one of the animals look at you with an exclaimation mark on their head. If they say for example:"For the price of (x)Ii'll sell you this." Then a bar comes up choosing from "I want it." or "I'm not interested." Choose "I'm not interested." They'll get either angry, or they'll get sad and give to you for free!

• Snowman

  When it snows on Animal Crossing (mostly in Jan and Feb) you will notice big snow balls on your town. If you roll the balls around the snow they will get bigger! If you find two snow balls make one slightly bigger than the other, then roll the smaller one on top of the bigger one and a snowman will appear. If he is perfect he will give you something! and if you dont like the thing he gave you(..then tough) no im just kidding if you dont like the thing he gave you then sell it.

• Easter Bells

  For this cheat you need a shovel. If you don't have one buy one from Tom Nook for 500 Bells. Change the day to April 12th 2009, then when you go out of your house to the town hall you will see a bunny. He will say something about looking for eggs. You get to go around town looking for eggs. The eggs are buried. If you bring back the foil he will give you a "bunny day item" which sell for a bunch of money at Tom Nook's.

• Money Trees

  To get some cash quick go around and shake trees that do not have fruit in them, most trees will then give you Money, some will give you furniture, and some will give you bees. To tackle the bees press the 'y' button quickly and then get your net out the press the 'y' button again but really quickly press the 'a' button to catch one.

• How to know when there are bees in the trees

  Bees are sometimes hidden in trees. If there is a beehive in a tree, the tree will have a slightly larger hole than the rest.

• Shrunk!

  If you see a man in your town called Shrunk (he looks really funny), go talk to him and he will give you a emotion you can use.

• Win Flower fest easy

  First,get all thge flowers in town,if your pockets get full,drop some stuff.Once you`ve stolen all the flowers,Put them around the concrete in front of your house.If you have a good town,there should be a lot of flowers in your town.Then save it (or Resitti will come) put it folrward in time to the end of the flower fest,open your mailbox and you`ll get a message from Tortimer saying you won the flower fest and it will have the trophy in it.

• New Hair-do

  To get a new hair-do you have to go to Nookingion's and talk to Harriet. Then you sit in the chair. You can get alot of colors. Here is what they are: lush=green, young=blue, radiant=white, mysterious=dark brown, safe=light brown, lighthearted=blonde, fiery=red, flirty=pink.

• Make animals stay in their houses

  To make animals stay in their houses, simply go to the gate, and ask Copper to open the gates for DS to DS visitors. After the gates are open, your animals will stay in their houses. This makes deliverys VERY easy if you are having trouble finding certain animals, or if you are trying to look at a certain animal's house and they don't stay inside much.

• Store more items

  Speak to Pelly in the town hall (or Phyllis, if it's at night) and choose "Save a Letter". You can save up to 75 letters, and you can attach gifts/items to these letters so you can keep 75 items in the post office, plus the 90 items in the dressers, and you can do this with all 4 characters, for maximum item storage.

• 99,000 Bells

  Put all your money in the bank, then save your game and turn off the DS. Turn it on and set the date on the DS (there's a little DS under the gba icon on the touch screen) 10 years later. Turn it off and turn it on again and start playing. Depending on the amount of money you have, you could get 99,000 max, in about 5 min.

• New House

  Go to your friends' houses to see if they are moving. If they are, stay in their house for about 48 hours then close your DS and if they are gone you have another house. If you do this cheat make sure you charge your DS or else you will get in trouble with you know who.

• go to the end of your bed if you hae a diffrent bed in your inventory then press the a button

  if you have an extra bed in your pocket that you would like to use, go to the end of your normal bed and press the a button.you will be given a few diffrent choices so select switch say yes and chose the bed that you would like to use!after you have done this you will have your old bed to place downstairs, give as a gift of sell it at tom nook's store but if you sell it i do not think you will be able to get it out of your catalog again so be very, very, very careful!

• talk to everyone and get jobs!

  if you need something to do talk to every animal that you see at least once and they could get you a job. after that you will probably be given any amount of money or an interesting item or piece of clothing!

• Golden Shovel

  Use your golden shovel to bury any amount of money, wait for two days and soon you'll have a money tree that you can pick money from.

• Easy 10,000 Bells

  If you want money quick fast forward to the first of January any year except the year you are in. Then look in your mailbox and you'll find a letter with 10,000 from your mom and dad.

• Gulliver's Space Ship

  If you see a little space ship shoot it with your sling shoot and then a alien will come and he's called Gulliver. The space ship will go by quick so try hard to shoot it.

• Coconut Trees

  You have to plant coconuts near the beach or they won't grow.

• New Person Beauty Test

  When you begin a new person in your house, if you are nice to the cab driver 99.999999999% of the time you come out nice looking the other 0.000000001% you won't. The same vice versa. (if you're mean you look hideous.)

• Getting a Boyfriend or Girlfriend

  To get a boyfriend or girlfriend say "I love you" to anyone who has a heart up near his or her head.
