Publisher THQ has announced that it will release a new entry in the long-running Age of Empires real-time strategy series on Nintendo DS this fall.

Titled Age of Empires: Mythologies, the game is built off the same technology as the series' 2006 DS debut, Age of Empires: The Age of Kings, with both heavily inspired by the PC entries developed by Ensemble Studios.

Mythologies will offer three playable civilizations--Egyptians, Greeks, and Norse--each with their own single-player campaign. Multiplayer campaigns will be available along with unique MP maps, a skirmish mode and single-cart wireless multiplayer. Read more »
