Sure, you can play Age of Booty on PC and console, but we all know what you really want is to find Booty on the bus or while you're in the loo. Luckily for you, Certain Affinity has announced a mobile port for iPhone, iPad, and Android sometime in the near future. It's being developed in partnership with Chaotic Moon, and packs a few tweaks.

The next few weeks of Xbox Live Marketplace content have been detailed by Microsoft's Larry Hryb, including some anticipated XBLA games and discounts on 2K titles.
The twin-stick shooter Gatling Gears will be up tomorrow for $15 (1200 MSP), and Sega Rally Online Arcade will go up next week for a cool $10 (800 MSP). Hryb also tweeted separately that Star Raiders will be up this week as well. Read more »

Three-dimensional gaming is hitting the PlayStation 3! PlayStation.Blog reports that a handful of games and demos that support 3D capability will arrive via the PlayStation Store tomorrow.
3D gaming is undoubtedly on the rise this year. Guerrilla Games' upcoming shooter, Killzone 3, has already been announced as 3D capable. The Fight: Lights Out, a new brawler utilizing the new PlayStation Move controller, will also support 3D functionality. Nintendo's handheld 3Ds invades the market next week as well. Read more »

Andriasang reports that Japanese PS3 owners will gain access to 3D gaming on June 10, following some patching or purchasing of downloadable games.
The initial offering is WipEout HD, Super Stardust HD, and Pain. The latter will require an additional purchase to unlock 3D support for around $3. Read more »

Sony has announced that it will launch its first 'Bravia 3D' stereoscopic 3D television set in June with four free 3D downloadable PlayStation 3 games, in Europe at least.
Consumers who purchase the Sony Bravia 3D HX800 launch model or later Bravia 3D TVs will score free copies Wipeout HD, Motorstorm Pacific Rift, PAIN and Super Stardust HD for download from the PlayStation Network, with full free stereoscopic 3D trimmings. Read more »

Following the revelation that "high-resolution dynamic video ads" had been implemented into the loading screens of Wipeout HD and could nearly double load times when they appeared, publisher Sony has pulled the most prevalent advertisement.
"The ad has been removed," Sony told Eurogamer, "and we are investigating the situation to ensure that any in-game advertising does not affect gameplay." Read more »

This week's PlayStation Store update features two anticipated DLC packs for Wipeout HD and Killzone 2.
The Wipeout HD "Fury" DLC adds new ships, maps and game modes to the futuristic racer, as well as an additional single-player campaign. Killzone 2's "Napalm & Cordite" pack adds two multiplayer maps and two weapons to the shooter's roster. Read more »

Sony has announced the first expansion for Wipeout HD will cost $10 when it is released next Thursday, July 23.
Wipeout HD Fury is set to include "three new race types--Eliminator, Zone Battle and Detonator--12 new tracks, 13 new ships, 6 new music tracks, a redesigned menu system, a new campaign to complete as well a host of new trophies to win."

Sony has today announced its PlayStation 3 racer Wipeout HD is to be expanded with Fury, a downloadable expansion pack adding new vehicles, tracks and game modes.
Wipeout HD Fury will be released on the PlayStation Store this summer--no price yet announced--bringing bringing 8 new tracks, 13 ship models and 3 new game modes.

Certain Affinity's swashbuckling downloadable Age of Booty has been reduced in price to a mere $5 on Stardock's Impulse service this weekend.
Self-described as a "casual real-time multiplayer strategy game," Age of Booty was first released on Xbox Live, to largely favorable reviews. The title challenges a maximum of eight players to sail across a hex-based oceanic battleground, capturing towns with their upgradeable ship avatars. Read more »

Capcom today announced that Certain Affinity's well-received PSN/XBLA title Age of Booty officially hits the PC today in digital form.
The game is now available on the official Capcom store for $10, and is also set to be released shortly on Steam and Direct2Drive. A demo is scheduled to arrive sometime next week. Read more »
