The two titles in Namco Bandai's double dose of Xbox 360 holiday gaming goodness--Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation and Beautiful Katamari--are complete and have entered the manufacturing process, a milestone frequently known as "going gold."
Project Aces' Ace Combat 6 and its unique blend of realistic licensed aircraft and sci-fi elements will bombard stores October 23. A limited edition of the game, which packs Hori's ACE-EDGE Flightstick, will be available on the same day for $149.99.
No release date for Beautiful Katamari was specified the announcement, though its official site lists the title for October 16. Both games were internally developed at Namco Bandai, both feature online multiplayer, both are the first Xbox 360 entries in their respective series, and both have downloadable demos available via Xbox Live Marketplace.
