Maybe I'm the aberration, but backwards compatibility means a lot to me. I always love going back and playing games, but don't like having to pull out old systems to do so. The new systems not having it would be bad for me.

It seems like 60% of gamers agree with me, too. Kotaku posted a poll after GameStop claimed this, and it ended up with the same results.

I won't completely skip the new machines if they aren't BC, but it will be a bummer.
