When Jeff says "Put out to pasture" I assume he means no longer being discussed in whatever community of people he's thinking should be discussing successful MMOs. That seems like a pretty unfortunate way to evaluate the health of an MMO.

The draw of an MMO is the community, or at least that’s what gets people to stick around. Alex is right that SWTOR succeeded with the Single Player/CoOp part of the game but failed at the purely Multiplayer end game part of the MMO.
