I'm curious as to whether or not Marcus played the Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut. The Citadel and Mass Relays are damn near fixed, and the other races no longer stranded by the end of it. The galaxy is more-or-less as it was before the Reaper threat already.

In any event, BioWare has already stated that all future Mass Effect games will take place before 1-3.
