BFBC2 was 30fps @ 720p. It plays great on console. Why is this an issue that they have a better looking more complex game running at the same? Sounds like an achievement to me.

Yes, CoD games run at 60fps, but they don't look as good and actually run sub HD resolutions on consoles and use the built in scalers to output at higher resolutions.
