    There is a Dragon Age 2 review in the latest PC Gamer UK (along with a really Ace 10 commandments of PC gaming).

    It got 94%, though the review spends almost the entire 3 pages of text blabbering on about the story and dosent comment on the UI or point out any major changes other than the inability to have a top-down view. They do say that maximum camera distance is pretty far though.

    Oh, and its a 50hour game.
