Watched Crowe's Robin Hood over the weekend. Aside from Scott allowing this incarnation to be Legolas v 2.0, it lacked a lot of the swashbuckling that made Costner's version (and the Robin Hood legend) fun. It looked better than Costner's pretty boy epic in terms of 12-century England and everyone managed to keep their appropriate accents. However, as far as origin stories go it was mostly unsatisfying.
Skip it and watch Kingdom of Heaven DC or The Centurion instead.
