Job Seeking Menz

So if I saw a job posted online last night, only to find it not there this morning, would it be too late to apply?

I've done the only thing I know to do: called the corporate office twice already and have left messages on the HR staff's voicemails but nobody is calling me back.

Is there anything else I can do? I was hoping they would accept just one more application before they start weeding people out. Sadly, it's already Friday and they probably already went home.
