About the future of Steam and the PS3, I don't think it will have that much of an impact unless another company other than Valve release a game that will use Steamworks on the PS3. Still don't knoq how cross platform play is going to work because of the differences between controllers and keyboard mouse controls.

Also I just don't see a future where Microsoft will use Steamworks and that is probably due to the Mac (cross-platform)
