I know this is a longshot, but is anyone else's droid 1 turning into a completely unusable piece of shit?

I could count on 1 hand how many times I saw 1 or less bars on my normal daily routine for the first year, now I celebrate when I dont have 0 bars and connection errors. I think my max signal goes up to 2 now. Wifi will stick for 10 minutes and then randomly drop off and i have to manually turn it off and then back on. People with droidx standing right next to me will be in 3G and I'm at 0.

Is anyone else having issues with their hardware?
