I'm calling Shacknews out on this one. Sorry. Bad choice. If you're going to choose FPS of the year, split it up for a FPS for consoles, and a FPS for PC. Otherwise your choices are quite honestly a bunch of irrelevant crap. I suggest you have 2 game of the year sections. One for console gamers, and one for PC gamers. Otherwise you're going to get a lot of comments like this, since a mediocre FPS game on the PC trumps a top end FPS on a console. Those are my thoughts, and yes, I'm entitled to them :)
