I'm still not sure how FF13 beat out New Vegas or even Monster Hunter Tri. I got around 8 hours in and just got sick of running in a straight line until the next whiny cutscene. The combat was alright but nothing to write home about. I heard the game finally paid off around 26-30hrs in but the treadmill up to it wasn't worth it.

I wanted to like FF13. I really did.

Mass Effect 2 won as it should have so I shouldn't bitch too much.
