    Zune Experts

I have 5 podcast episodes that I would like to move from my harddrive onto my Zune, does anyone have any idea how I can do that? I've linked the folder in the Windows 7 Libraries panel, I know Zune is using it because new podcasts that are downloaded are being put there. I want to copy some older podcasts from that folder onto my Zune but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Drag and drop from Windows Explorer doesn't work (naturally) so I'm assuming there's a sync option buried under 6 dozen settings panels somewhere that I'm not aware of.

I love my Zune but the software is the a confusing and hard to use clusterfuck that makes iTunes look amazing in comparison. It works great for streaming stuff off the Marketplace, but moving anything from your PC to your Zune seems to be almost impossible. I am pretty sure I've done it before, but I have no clue what magic combination of button clicks and key presses I used to accomplish that feat.
