It seems like this guy as a lot of heart in this and is really hoping to make something extraordinary.

I hope he understands that if it's not something phenomenal with exceptional quality like Fallout 3 or Starcraft 2, he's going to get a TON of flak from the gaming community over it, especially for the hype he's giving this.

It's a bold move to advertise a game this early that's probably not even really seen any dev time but more story planning.
