With the flat-rate subscription, this could become the Netflix of video games. It doesn't appeal to me personally (I'm unusually latency sensitive), but a decent monthly fee and a big library of games could actually succeed in the larger market. Back when they were talking about subscription + cost of games, I thought they were taking crazy pills. It's encouraging to see them adjust to what the market might actually support.
