It's better, it's certainly not fixed. In my experience, I had no issues at all with the single player but the MP was barely playable, now it's playable, but it seems to get choppy again after some time. That being said, and other people I was playing this agreed, In hardcore mode, the performance is much better, no idea why but it is.
