    Besides, I refuse to take seriously any further complaints of "piracy" as a reason for not releasing on PC until the major publishers reveal the terms of their agreements with Microsoft and Sony vis-a-vis console exclusivity agreements and the like. They don't have to reveal the fine print or exact dollar amounts, but they should be forced to reveal the general nature of the agreements and an outline of the most common terms for those agreements.

    At least SOME of them are almost certainly using the "piracy" foil to draw attention away from practices that are blatantly anti-competitive and are designed to remove the market influence of consumers.

    Then they run around complaining about how other people are harming the industry in the long term. Unbelievable.
