As long as they do eventually bring online co-op it's not much of a problem. The sooner the better, of course, but if they need the extra time to get it working I don't see an issue. If I was really irked by the lack of online co-op I'd just wait until the update before I purchase the game.

It would be nice if they could give us a date as to when they may have it ready.
