Why is it that Elemental is being cut a break from getting a review, when many other games are shipped and immediately panned for any of the reasons Elemental's launch has been so terrible (notice I didn't say all the reasons)? Stardock (and maybe more specifically, Brad Wardell) released what he thought was a competent, finished product to be reviewed as is. Why aren't you outright slamming this game to the ground for it's horrible inadequacies? I've never read a review that said "This isn't a review, this is a wait-3-months-on-your-decision to buy this game article."

There is no defense for a game that is A) horribly buggy from the disc and B) horribly unbalanced so much so that it isn't even worth playing even after several bug patches.
