    So when you read about "Company X lays off XX employees" how quickly do these folks find new jobs? Is it like every other industry where they can sometimes go months or are they typically thrown back into the mix at another developer that's currently working on a project that needs more staff? Kind of like a glorified contract employee. Just seems like the norm for game developers.
