shack, i need your help.

at work, there are a couple people who think they make the best chili around, and thusly, we are going to have a chili cook off. i love to cook, so they asked if i wanted to participate.

now, i happen to a broken individual who doesn't particularly like chili, however, i want to make a go of it. i am fielding awesome chili recipes (because i know some of you make really good versions) and this weekend i am going to make one in a slow cooker and one in a dutch oven and then tweak for the contest.

please help and post your recipes.
